As one of our primary cleaning services, we perform our 5-Step Carpet Cleaning Process
on every job. Our Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification
(IICRC) certified carpet cleaners inspect your carpets, thoroughly vacuum them (removing
approximately 79% of the soil), apply a pretreatment to “loosen” all of the remaining
soil within your carpet fibers, hot water extract (or “steam clean”) the remaining
stains, spots and contaminants, and finally perform retreat methods, which consists
of treating any “stubborn” areas or spots with further solutions.
There are two ways to have your carpets cleaned:
- traffic areas only or
- full area carpet cleaning.
The traffic area is basically the walkway of each room within your household. These
areas usually are the dirtiest parts of the carpet, and require the most routine
maintenance and/or cleaning. The other option, full area carpet cleaning, is the
same process but includes moving furniture and placing tabs/blocks under furniture
for preventing stains.
Remember, all of the above carpet cleaning processes and business practices come
from IICRC Standards, to further improve our customer experience and satisfaction
