After a great cleaning, it feels great to see the difference from before. Sometimes
the difference is such an improvement that our technicians have even become amazed!
The process involves a pre-inspection of the floor(s), searching for any cracked
tiles or loose grout joints. The purpose of this pre-inspection is to review with
our clients any particular areas of concern or any areas that may pose a problem
for the restorative cleaning. After, any loose debris is disposed of, followed by
a special pre-treatment, which is agitated with a special grout brush. This process
loosens up any dirt deep in the grout as well, with special attention to your edges
and corners.
Our specialized equipment is similar to a controlled pressure washer. A sanitizing
steam is released from our “damage proof” wand under a high pressure rinse (removing
the soil and the remaining pretreatment as well). In other words, we bring your
tile closer to its original beauty!
